As part of the JLI GBV Hub Study funded by UK-Aid on Harmful Traditional Practices (HTP)s, the literature review focused on the most prevalent HTPs and faith actors conducted at the start of the study

As such it served as an entry point in understanding faith engagement around HTPs. It also had an important role in guiding the empirical case study research.

Includes literature on the following most prevalent traditional practices:

  1. FGM/C
  2. Child and Early marriage (CEM)
  3. Son Preference
  4. Honor-related violence
