The current pandemic has brought many changes in our economic structures, clinical interactions, fellowship engagements, travel behaviors, social relationships, and communication platforms. It has been a time of fear, but also of hope amidst those challenges. As a response to these times and our call for papers on responding to pandemics, the journal has continued to receive a stream of articles related to COVID-19 and justifying a second special issue on the subject.
As a complement to the first special COVID-19 issue from April 2020, this is second 2020 special issue focused on the Christian response to the global COVID-19 pandemic and other epidemics. Innovations, contextualizations, challenges, inspirations and consolations are presented with opportunity for service, for sacrifice, for understanding, and for healing.
