Caritas International Secretary General, Michael Roy, recently participated in a studio debate on the Vatican Radio to discuss sexual violence in conflict zones. “This practice…is a dehumanising practice. It’s destroying families and communities, so our work has to be re-humanising, rebuilding families and communities,” he said.
