With the support of passionate Australians, Transform Aid International builds lasting solutions to global poverty, through life-changing community development projects and disaster relief. We work in 18 countries, with 42 in-country project partners who help us deliver 82 projects that address the root causes of poverty and create opportunities for children and families to thrive.
