Policy brief based on the experiences of young members of the Anglican Student Federation in South Africa. Focuses on what role, if any faith has played in the construction of gender norms. It looks at the importance of context, rural and urban distinctiveness, female leadership, students as leaders, the importance of theological education for all and raises some key questions for policy and programming.
