About JLI

An international collaboration on evidence for faith actors’ activities, contributions, and challenges to achieving humanitarian and development goals. Founded in 2012, JLI came together with a single shared conviction: there is an urgent need to build our collective understanding, through evidence, of faith actors in humanitarianism and development.

CCIH recently released a brief video addressing the need for greater immunization coverage and exploring religious objections to vaccinations. It features comments by Dr. Richard Lane, MD, MPH, Director, Master of Public Health Program at Liberty University.

Dr. Lane examines the trend of religious objections and discusses how faith communities are helping to protect the lives of children with vaccination. It also features the work of CCIH members in immunization.
