Religions, Humanitarianism, and Development Research Reading Group Session. Welcoming all academics and researchers working on relevant topics. We will meet virtually for one hour on a monthly basis to share our research.

November 11, 2021 session at 9 am Eastern Time, 3 pm CET

John Blevins, JLI Board member and Director of Interfaith Health Program at Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University, will present on ‘COVID-19 and the Politics of Life and Death’. The paper examines the influences of religion on community perceptions of COVID-19. Katherine Marshall, Executive Director of the World Faiths Development Dialogue (WFDD) will respond followed by a Question and Answer session.
